Managing a business, retail, or children education desirable. An understanding of and drive to engage in local store marketing and Community involvement; a clear understanding of the financial and operational advantages/disadvantages of starting a franchise business and Profit and Loss (P&L) knowledge. Successful candidates include but not limited to: Education (teachers, administrators, and curriculum planners), sales and marketing positions, child care executives, multi-unit restaurant or retail management, hospitality management, and mid-level managers and executives.


Willingness to follow a system, belief and enthusiasm for Tumblehouse concept, track record of success, stable employment record, willingness to take a risk, self-starter, and willingness to work independently and plan ahead. Candidate has strong sales and customer service skills, positive attitude, ability to multi-task with strong work ethic.
