1) Children will be allowed at a fixed rate on an hourly basis.
2) One attendant will be allowed with the child inside the play area free of charge.
3) Socks are mandatory at all times for children, attendants and visitors to enter the play area & cafeteria. Socks are available at the reception at a fixed price.
4) The center has taken all precautions and measures to keep the equipment child friendly and shall not be responsible for any untoward incident or injury.
5) Centre shall not be liable for any damage / monetary compensation or if the child gets hurt in any manner i.e via the equipment or from any other child.
6) Complete care has been taken to make the area hygienic and safe for kids. The centre shall not be responsible for any subsequent illnesses to the child or attendant.
7) Water bottles and bags to be left at the reception.
8) No outside food will be allowed inside the center.
9) Food available at the center café is allowed only in the café area and cannot be brought inside the play area.
10) Centre has taken the utmost precautions and hygiene in preparing the food. The centre shall not be responsible for any illnesses arising from food served and the food will be consumed by all at their own risk.
11) No pointed /sharp or harmful objects are allowed inside the center.
12) No sprays or poisonous substances are allowed inside the center.
13) The centre shall not take responsibility for any valuables and gifts.
14) The management has the right to instruct any child or their attendant to step out of the play area if caught behaving in a manner that could harm any other child/reputation of the centre in any manner.
15) We request you to not bring any child who is unwell and reserve a right to disallow any child we think is unwell into the play area as a responsibility to other children and attendants.
16) Any complaint by a child’s attendant must be made in writing and the management will revert back/attend to said complaint as soon as possible.
The following are the terms and conditions that are expected from every customer to sign in order to avail the facilities of the center, this is more for the safety and security for individuals and customers inside the center
I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that many public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing. I further acknowledge that Tumble House Entertainment LLP has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I further acknowledge that Tumble House Entertainment LLP can not guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to staff, and other clients and their families. I voluntarily seek services provided by Tumble House Entertainment LLP and acknowledge that I am increasing my risk of exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I acknowledge that I must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending my appointment. I attest that: I am not experiencing any symptoms of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell. I have not traveled internationally within the last 14 days. I have not traveled to a highly impacted area within India and New Delhi in the last 14 days. I do not believe I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 and not yet cleared as noncontagious by state or local public health authorities. I am following all government recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I hereby release and agree to hold Tumble House Entertainment LLP harmless and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Tumble House Entertainment LLP. I understand that this release discharges Tumble House Entertainment LLP from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the salon with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Tumble House Entertainment LLP. This liability waiver and release extends to all owners, partners, and employees.
